1.  Are Samples Order available?       Of course, we stand behind our product quality.     We will be glad to accept any sample order for product quality verification purpose.   2.  How to Order our Products?       Firstly, kindly check through our website and let me know which items that you are interested in(pls tell us the item# and the quantity you need)     Secondly, we will offer you the quotation and send you the Proforma Invoice with our bank information mentioned for you to transfer the payment     Thirdly, we are going to produce the goods you required immediately when your bank document available.     Last, we will send you the goods to your appointed address after the production and keep you informed the tracking no.   3.  What about Payment Terms?        We want our customers to feel secure when doing business with us &We can promise you.     Our current methods of accepting payment are Bank Transfer & Western Union. But all orders must be pre-paid before delivery   4.  How about Delivery Time       You are responsible for all the shipping charge and duties.      If we are available for your required products in our warehouse, we can deliver it to you immediately after get your full payment.      If do no have the stock for your required ones, we have to manufacture it within 20  days.      And taking your profit into consideration, and we will advice to you for making the decision on taking the shipping term.   5.  Shipping Policy              We always provide our customers with the best possible rate from the most reliable forwarder when it comes to shipping charges.      We usually deliver the goods when in large order through sea, otherwise through courier such as UPS, Fedex, TNT, DHL which only takes about 3-5 working days to your office.   6.  Order Tracking        We always keep our clients informed the order status from the moment we receive your order through shipping and receipt of the order.   7.  Technial Support        If anything about the Technical, just feel free to contact us at any time      We will inform you anything that you inquired   8.  How about After Service     When you get the goods, if something about it, just let me know at once,     we will responds to all the things that you concerned immediately
